Admission Test Requirements

College Admissions Test (CAT)

1. Two pieces 2x2 colored ID photos
2. FEU – East Asia College Application Form

   CAT Schedule

   • Monday – Saturday
     Morning Batch – 9:00 a.m.
     Afternoon Batch – 1:30 p.m

Enrolment Requirements

Freshmen

1. Two pieces 2x2 colored ID photos
2. Original and photocopy of NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate
3. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. Original Form 138
5. Certificate of Candidacy for Graduation (if not graduated yet)

Transferees

1. Two pieces 2x2 colored ID photos
2. Original and photocopy of NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate
3. Original Certificate of Good Moral Character
4. OHonorable Dismissal / Transfer Credential Certificate
5. Original and photocopy of Summary of Scholastic Records
6. Course Description ( for crediting of subjects)/li>

Foreign Students

1. Two pieces 2x2 colored ID photos
2. Valid passport
3. Authenticated copies of VISA 9(f) from country of origin

Enrolment Procedures

Step 1: Proceed to the Admissions Office

• Present CAT Acceptance Letter and other required documents
• Secure your Student Number and Student Information Sheet

Step 2: Proceed to the Registrar's Office

• Submit all documents for evaluation
• Secure your Schedule and Assessment Form (SAF)

Step 3: Proceed to the Accounting Office

• Have your fees assessed and pay at the Cashier
• BE sure to get your Official Receipt

Step 4: Return to the Registrar's Office

• Present your Official Receipt to claim your Certificate of Registration (COR)
• Have your photo taken for your Student Identification Card (ID)
• Return to the Admissions Office for final enrollment verification

Step 5: Proceed to the Student Affairs Office

• Undergo interview with the Guidance Counselor
• Have your measurement taken for the uniform
• Get your medical recommendation
