Education has always been deemed to be the key to success; for to be able to ensure a good fortune, a stable foundation should be secured first. With this, FEU-East Asia College is committed to the stability of its students’ future. And who can prove this commitment? None other than the students. One outstanding proof of this endeavor is Dandred Carl P. Serbo.

A natural learner, achiever and competitor, Mr. Serbo is now a Certified Professional in the field of Technology. He was an active student from 2003- 2007; encompassing not only the academic field but the administrative and artistry as well. He was a student council member during his first year and held significant positions in various organizations, such as being the President of Computer Society and Vice President of Artist Connection (Theatre Guild). He was also an active official in Junior Philippine Computer Society where he widely contributed his knowledge for three years. His leadership skills were recognized when he was awarded Outstanding Student Leader and Outstanding Organization President on May 2007. Aside from his experience in education and extra-curricular activities, he was also a student assistant in Communications and Corporate Affairs and the Admissions and External Relations Office.

Following his graduation are the numerous awards and recognitions that he received. These include the Technovation Challenge Winner, 3CIT Logo Contest Winner, and System Thinking Awards Program Champion. All the values and trainings that he had learned from the College nurtured him to become what he is now. At present, he works at Trend Micro Incorporated - a global leader in Internet Security - as an IT Associate Engineer. Recently, he was acknowledged Employee of the Quarter in recognition of his abilities and hard work.

“I’m so proud to be a product of East Asia,” quips Mr. Serbo. However, the success that he attained didn’t merely rely on the education that he received from the College. Most importantly, it relied on his hard work and perseverance.
