FEU - East Asia College boasts of its strong partnership with the industry, proving that the industry has definitely met the academe on its grounds. This partnership has been intensified as the College now collaborates with over 300 industry partners. This strong alliance is well-proven by the recognitions and acknowledgements the College continues to receive.

Once again, the College proves its adage, “Where Industry meets Academe”, as it received the Most Valuable Partner (MVP) award in NCR from SMART Communications’ Community CARE (Campaign to Advance Relationship through Education). This confirms SMART’s recognition of the College’s significance in serving as an instrument in helping the community care specialists complete their targets within the school through on-ground event referrals like booth set-up, customer education and polling services. This is in line with the objective of SMART’s Community CARE program of providing learning opportunities and a venue to work closely and strengthen its relationship with the community through various initiatives.

Represented by the Industry-Academe Linkage, Alumni and Placement (IALAP) Director Mr. Jarvis Muyargas, FEU-EAC holds the record of being the first recipient of this award. This recognition provides more trainings and seminars for students, faculty, and associates of the College. Students also get more work opportunities and a chance to get intensive internship training with the SMART Community.

Apart from quality education, the strong industry partnership is FEU-EAC’s another tool that contributes to the success of every iTam.
