General Registration Policies
The Registrar’s Office sets the registration period, prepares and submits for approval the school calendar, tuition fee schedules, and other documents to the Commission on Higher Education, in coordination with the different academic heads, accounting and other offices directly involved in the process.
Registration processes must necessarily be updated and responsive to the requirements of the times.
I. Issuance of Certificate Of Registration (COR)
An official Certificate Of Registration (COR) with corresponding control number shall be issued to the student upon complying with all the documentary requirements. The COR is valid only when it bears a machine validation entry from the Cashier and the signature of the College Registrar.
There will be only one COR to be issued to the student. Reproduction of such requires an Affidavit of Loss, Clearance from the Discipline Officer of the college and receipt of payment from the Cashier. A reproduced COR shall be bear a stamped note “DUPLICATE COPY” with the corresponding COR control number duly certified, authenticated and verified by the College Registrar.
II. Usage of Certificate Of Registration
The Certificate Of Registration is required on the first day of classes. The teacher concerned shall check the COR against the tentative class list. Discrepancies (bearer-name in COR not found in the class list or student name is in the class list but no COR) in the COR and entries in the class list should be reported by the teacher concerned immediately to the Office of the Registrar for immediate resolution. No student shall be admitted in class without COR and whose name is not found in the updated( printed by the individual faculty after the adjustment period) class list.

Registration of Foreign Students
Foreign students who wish to apply for admission are required to consult with the Registrar’s Office regarding requirements of the Bureau of Immigration and Deportation (BID) and the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA). They should observe and recognize the distinctive vision and mission of the College and satisfy all the following admission requirements:
- CAT Appplicayion Form
- Notice of Admission from the College
- Passport page where personal information and other details appear.
- High School Records, Transcript of Records, authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post in his/her country of origin.
- Police Clearance, authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post in his/her country of origin
- Bureau of Immigration Order that can be secured from BID Office in Intramuros Manila, upon compliance with the requirement for student visa (for SIRV, SRRV and other applicants exempted from 9(f) visa, present corresponding ID)
- Photocopy of the I-Card or Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR)
- Medical Certificate
- Four 2X2 recent picture on light background
Student Visa Rquirements:
- Five copies of Student Personal History, duly accomplished with 2X2 picture on white background.
- Notarized Affidavit of Support including bank statements
- Transcript of Records duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post in the applicant’s country of origin with English translation.
- Photocopy of Passport pages where personal information and other details appear and Birth Certificate or its equivalent duly authenticated by he Philippine Foreign Service Post.
